The cache is placed at the point were the Osceola Trail has a mini switchback, changes direction, and goes downhill temporarily while heading to the summit. The cache isn't available from November-May as the Tripoli Road is closed. However it is still possible to reach by biking or walking to the Trailhead which is hard but still possible, I did this. But it isn't available in snow, so your best bet for doing this is from May-November. The cache is a green match case with a logbook and a little room for what ever you would like to put in.
