Williams College ensconces the Spring Street area, to the north with main campus, to the east with odd quad and the power station, and to the west with Science Quad. While there is perhaps comparatively less to the south, the College has recently bulked up on that front as well, completing the new Williams Inn in the summer of 2019. But beyond that, College property continues further still, with the Susan Hopkins House, the Oakley Center, and, more distantly, the Taconic golf course.
Amidst all this sits a quiet meadow for picnicing (when it's mowed) and interesting views of downtown. Make sure to check out some of the shops while visiting, maybe grab a bite too! And certainly don't forget to get some ice cream at the relocated Lickety Split, closer to the southern end of Spring Street than ever before!
