*NEW COORDINATES* Original cache location was muggled repeatedly, moved to a slightly more protected spot. Accessible during Daylight Hours Only - Area closed from dusk 'til dawn. Camp Edit Read was a Girl Scout Camp that closed and the land was aquired by the Town of Norton. It is now open to the public and has clean, wide trails and all the charm of an abandoned summer camp. No cabins remain (except for their foundations) but there are pavilions and picnic tables still in place. The Administration Building/Rec Center is still active as the town may be using it in the future for special events. Not a very big place, but some decent trails and overlooks plus a beautiful spot by the Wading River. This is my first cache so it's small and "minimalist" but I hope it helps people get to know a really nice place.
