Die Gemeinde Vaterstetten ist internationaler, als ihr denkt. Um euch unsere drei Partnerstädte aber auch zwei historische Ereignisse näher zu bringen habe ich diesen Lab-Cache platziert. Ich hoffe, ihr erfahrt dabei viel Neues. Am Ende gibt es nach einem kleinen Rätsel eine Bonus-Dose. Viel Spaß beim Erkunden der Gemeinde!

Allgemein: Die Lab-Tour ist kein Rundgang. Die einfache Strecke beträgt rund 5 Kilometer, zum nächsten S-Bahnhof sind es dann nochmal 2 Kilometer. Am besten geeignet ist das Fahrrad, auch zu Fuß und per Auto ist das Abenteuer spielbar.
In welcher Reihenfolge ihr die Stationen absolviert, ist egal. Ich empfehle jedoch, die Stationen in der angegebene Reihenfolge zu absolvieren, da ihr so zum Final geführt werdet.
1 - Trogir
Seit 2009 pflegt Vaterstetten eine Städtepartnerschaft mit Trogir in Kroatien. Seit einiger Zeit gibt es den Trogir-Kreisel, der auf die Partnerstadt hinweist. Anlässlich des 10-jährigen Jubiläums der Partnerschaft wurde der Gemeinde etwas geschenkt. Es befindet sich direkt am Kreisverkehr.
Suche eine goldene Platte mit kroatischem und deutschem Text. Gesucht ist das erste Wort der dritten Zeile.
2 - Alem Katema
Seit 1994 hat Vaterstetten eine Partnerstadt in Äthiopien. Im Rahmen der Partnerschaft wurden bereits mehrere Kindergärten sowie eine Bibliothek gebaut.

3 - Dunkles Kapitel
Hier findet ihr einen Bahnwaggon. Er weist auf die lokale Geschichte während des zweiten Weltkriegs hin. Hier entstand eine Ausweichsbahnstrecke. Gebaut wurde diese von sogenannten „displaced persons“, also Zwangsarbeitern. Viele einheimische kennen dieses dunkle Kapitel der Heimatgeschichte nicht, weshalb es sich lohnt, sich zu informieren. Hier beginnt der Cache GC12GRP, der sich näher mit dem Thema befasst.
Gesucht ist die Nummer der Straßenlaterne unmittelbar neben dem Bahngleis zwischen Fahrradweg und Straße.
4 - Allauch
Auch mit Frankreich pflegt Vaterstetten eine Städtepartnerschaft. Die Stadt Allauch in Südfrankreich ist gleichzeitig die älteste Partnerstadt der Gemeinde. Hier findet ihr eine Mühle.

5 - Flugzeugabsturz
Zum Ende des zweiten Weltkrieges stürzte hier ein amerikanisches Kampfflugzeug ab. Eine Gedenktafel erinnert an das Ereignis.

The municipality of Vaterstetten is more international than you think. To give you an understanding of our three twin towns but also two historical events I have placed this Lab-Cache. I hope you will learn a lot of new things. At the end there is a bonus can after a little field puzzle. Have fun exploring the community!
General: This lab adventure is not a tour. The one way distance is about 5 kilometers, to the next train station it's another 2 kilometers. The best way to get around is by bike, but the adventure can also be played on foot and by car.
It doesn't matter in which order you complete the stations. But I recommend to complete the stations in the given order, because this way you will be guided to the final.
1 - Trogir
Since 2009 Vaterstetten has been twinned with Trogir in Croatia. For some time now there has been a Trogir roundabout which points to the twin city. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the partnership, Vaterstetten received a gift. It is located directly at the roundabout.
Look for a golden plate with Croatian and German text. Search for the first word of the third line.
2 - Alem Katema
Since 1994 Vaterstetten has a twin town in Ethiopia. Several kindergartens and a library have already been built as part of the partnership.
We are looking for the date of the inauguration of the roundabout as found on a sign. Format Date 12 April 1234: 12April1234
3 - Dark chapter
Here you will find a railway carriage. It refers to the local history during the Second World War. An alternative railway line was built here. It was built by so-called "displaced persons", i.e. forced labourers. Many locals do not know this dark chapter of the local history, so it is worth to inform yourself about it. This is where the cache GC12GRP starts, which deals with the topic in more detail.
The number of the street lamp directly next to the railway track between the bicycle path and the road is searched for.
4 - Allauch
Vaterstetten is also twinned with France. The town of Allauch in southern France is also the oldest twin city of the municipality. Here you can find a mill.

At the end of the Second World War an American fighter plane crashed here. A plaque commemorates the event.

La communauté de Vaterstetten est plus internationale que vous ne le pensez. Pour vous donner une idée de nos trois villes jumelles mais aussi de deux événements historiques, j'ai placé ce Lab-Cache. J'espère que vous apprendrez beaucoup de nouvelles choses. A la fin, il y a un bonus après une petite énigme. Amusez-vous à explorer la communauté !
Général : Le Lab-Tour n'est pas une tournée. L'aller simple est d'environ 5 kilomètres, le trajet jusqu'à la prochaine station de S-Bahn est de 2 kilomètres supplémentaires. Le meilleur moyen de se déplacer est le vélo, mais l'aventure peut aussi se jouer à pied et en voiture.
L'ordre dans lequel vous effectuez les stations n'a pas d'importance. Mais je recommande de compléter les stations dans l'ordre donné, car de cette façon, vous serez guidé vers la finale.
1 - Trogir
Depuis 2009, Vaterstetten est jumelé avec Trogir en Croatie. Depuis quelque temps, un rond-point de Trogir indique la ville jumelle. À l'occasion du 10e anniversaire de la jumelage, la municipalité a reçu un cadeau. Il est situé directement au rond-point.
Cherchez une plaque dorée avec un texte en croate et en allemand. Recherchez le premier mot de la troisième ligne.
2 - Alem Katema
Depuis 1994, Vaterstetten a une ville jumelle en Éthiopie. Plusieurs jardins d'enfants et une bibliothèque ont déjà été construits dans le cadre de ce jumelage.

3 - Le chapitre noir
Vous trouverez ici un wagon de chemin de fer. Il fait référence à l'histoire locale pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Une ligne de chemin de fer alternative a été construite ici. Il a été construit par des "personnes déplacées", c'est-à-dire des travailleurs forcés. De nombreux habitants ne connaissent pas ce chapitre sombre de l'histoire locale, il est donc utile de s'informer. C'est là que commence le cache GC12GRP, qui traite le sujet plus en détail.
On recherche le numéro du lampadaire situé directement à côté de la voie ferrée entre la piste cyclable et la route.
4 - Allauch
Vaterstetten est également jumelé avec la France. La ville d'Allauch, dans le sud de la France, est également la plus ancienne ville jumelée de la municipalité. Ici, vous trouverez un moulin.

Zajednica Vaterstetten više je internacionalna nego što mislite. Kako bih vas približio naša tri grada-blizanaca, ali i dva povijesna događaja, postavio sam ovu laboratorijsku predmemoriju. Nadam se da ćete naučiti puno novih stvari. Na kraju, nakon male zagonetke, tu je bonus kositar. Zabavite se istražujući zajednicu!
Općenito: Laboratorijska tura nije pješačka tura. Jednosmjerna ruta je oko 5 kilometara, a sljedeća S-Bahnova stanica još 2 kilometra. Bicikl je najbolji, avantura se može igrati i pješice ili automobilom.
Redoslijed redoslijeda stanica nije važan. No, preporučujem da stanice ispunite u zadanom redoslijedu, jer ćete to dovesti do finala.

3 - Mračno poglavlje
Ovdje možete pronaći vagon vlaka. Ističe lokalnu povijest tijekom Drugog svjetskog rata. Ovdje je stvorena alternativna željeznička linija. Izgradili su je takozvani "raseljeni", tj. Prisilni radnici. Mnogi mještani ne znaju ovo mračno poglavlje iz svoje kućne povijesti, zbog čega je vrijedno saznati više. Ovdje započinje GC12GRP predmemorija, koja detaljnije razmatra temu.
Potražite broj ulične svjetiljke pored željezničke pruge između biciklističke staze i ulice.
4 - Allauch
Vaterstetten također održava bratimljenje gradova s Francuskom. Grad Allauch na jugu Francuske ujedno je i najstariji grad blizanaca. Ovdje ćete naći mlin.
