[F] Le Mont Aubert est formé de plusieurs sommets à environ 1300 m d'altitude. Au sud, la montagne descend relativement abrupte jusqu'au Lac de Neuchâtel. Pour cette raison, le promontoire qui s'y trouve offre, par temps clair, un magnifique panorama sur plusieurs lacs et sur les Alpes.
Si vous décidez de marcher, vous pouvez partir par exemple de Concise ou de Mutrux et suivre des chemins pédestres le plus souvent dans la forêt. Depuis Concise (accessible en train, bateau et bus), la dénivellation est de 800 m et depuis Mutrux (accessible en bus) de seulement 500 m.
En voiture, la seule route carrossable part depuis Mutrux. Dans ce cas, les dix dernières minutes s'effectuent à pied.
La cachette est située près du promontoire appelé "Sur la Roche". Elle consiste en une boîte en plastique d'un litre. L'endroit est accessible sans acrobatie depuis le sentier qui mène à Concise.
[E] The Mont Aubert consists of several summits around 1300 m above sea level. To the south, the mountain goes down relatively abruptly to the Lake of Neuchâtel. For this reason, the promontory located at this place offers, by clear weather, a great panorama to several lakes and to the Alps.
If you decide to walk, you can starts for instance from Concise or Mutrux and follow pedestrian tracks mostly in the forest. From Concise (accessible by train, boat and bus) the difference in height is about 800 m and from Mutrux (accessible by bus) only 500 m. If you decide to drive, the only road suitable for vehicles starts from Mutrux. In this case, you have to walk the last ten minutes.
The cache is located close to the promontory called "Sur la Roche". It consists in a 1 litre plastic box. The place is accessible without acrobatics from the track leading to Concise.
