West Buffalo #3 Finn's Falls Viewpoint
This cache will take you to a remote waterfall which I saw from a distance when exploring the nearby Signal Peak. This is a much more rugged part of the park and expect the trip to take much more time than anticipated as the last few km's will be off track. The best approach is by following the Mollison's Gallery Track past Eagle point before deciding which way you should go to get to GZ. There are obviously easier and harder routes to follow so chose carefully. Once at GZ, you will be rewarded with impressive views of Signal Peak, Anderson's Peak, Trig Hill and Lake Buffalo.
GZ itself is situated to the side of the falls upon a rocky outcrop that I think provides the best views. There are some small cascades leading to GZ but main falls are situated down the hill where it gets quite steep. Please be careful at GZ as if you fall off the edge you will most likely die and if you don't the chances of being found are extremely slim. So tell someone before you go, or better still, go with someone else!
Cache is a medium sized tactix container containing logbook only. Please rehide it where you found it to protect it from the elements.
