This lovely spot is on the Squamscott River (tidal), where you can sit and watch herons, gulls or put in a kayak and visit Exeter. Our town landing has a dock and a few morings. Because this is an out of the way spot, have a seat for a moment and soak in some sounds of nature. Then venture over to make the find for the cache. If there are muggles around please use some stealth in getting the cache. Neighbors are very close but this is on public land but be respectful if you cache at night. No hint is needed, because, well, one won't be needed. Sorry, no room for a prize for FTF, just enjoy your name being first on the brand new log. Have fun.
