This cache is the bonus final for the "One of the Ugliest College Campuses in America" Adventure Lab series. To obtain the coordinates, you must complete the adventure lab series, and upon completion you will recieve the coordinates. The adventure lab series is available using this link.
The final cache is a winter friendly micro with plenty of nearby parking. A Certitude link is included below for confirmation of coordinates, and a hide hint will be provided there as well.
