Geocache Description:

This cache will require about 4km of walking over mainly tracked terrain. Some steep assents and decents are required in parts. Good shoes are recommended.

Now with updated coordinates! (Old coordinates were S27 28.543 E152 56.106)

This cache is located very close to two other geocaches, in fact it is exactly between them hence the name of this cache. The first cache is ”Inner Brisbane 1” which is located 706 metres away bearing 49 degrees (S27° 28.296’ E152° 56.432’). The second cache is “Really Useful” located 705 metres away bearing 230 degrees (S27° 28.790’ E152° 55.781’). The idea behind this cache is to encourage cachers to walk between the three caches rather then approach them individually from the road. If you're new to geocaching in this area it's a chance to log three caches in one easy trip.

The suggested path is as follows:

1. Complete the "Really Useful" cache. There is a codeword in a logbook entry at this cache that you will have to remember.

2. Proceed to the "Cache in the middle" by foot. It is located at the coordinates given above. Retrieve another code word from the logbook here. Take a picture with the camera provided in the cache.

3. Proceed to the "Inner Brisbane 1" cache by foot. Again, retrieve another codeword from the logbook in this cache. If you get to this point and you have exhaused your water supply, proceed to Rangeview park at S27 28.196 E152 56.504 for H2O

4. Return home and log your visit at www.geocaching.com to each of the three caches. DO NOT REVEAL THE CODE WORDS in your log entries. Please e-mail these code words to geocache@optusnet.com.au.

(Steps 1 and 3 could be interchanged if you prefer to walk uphill on the return trip)

Please use the camera provided to take a picture of yourself. I will scan these pictures so you can view your handy work at the geocaching web site. Please reseal the plastic bags and make sure the cache is secure before you leave.

You will need to get a “codeword” from each of the three caches to prove that you have visited them recently before you can claim this cache as completed. You can find the code words written in the log book of the each of the three caches. Be sure that you check for the latest one listed as they code words may get changed on occasion. Please do not write details of the code words in your log entries as this will spoil the challenge for subsequent cachers.

The cache can not accommodate very large objects so please be sure to being something of reasonable size to swap. I have left it fairly well stocked with goodies so there isn't a lot of room left.

Do not attempt to remove the cache from its location. You can open the cache and remove its contents without disturbing it. Please keep dirt, leaves and water out of the cache.

I would advise that you take water, insect repellent and spare batteries for your GPS with you at a minimum.
