West end of Ohope Beach, over the hill from Whakatane.Approx 30 min walk to our idea of heaven, white sand, blue sea and a waterfall!
Car parking is at S 37 57.463 E 177 01.441.From there follow your gps. Waypoint is on beach between bank and sea, cache is just a small climb.Allow extra time to enjoy this magic spot. Cache is 1.25ltr camo painted container, well hidden.Cache contains: calculator, hearing dog badge, chew dog bone,drink, batteries, dolphin key ring (from "they seek him here" cache) motel soap/shampoo, log book.
