A nice little wild place so very close to busy Conway. You may hear toads trilling and Route 16 traffic. You will hear the clanking of the gravel pit along with the songs of catbirds and warblers. Some folks like to bird here and some walk their dogs. And it is remarkably clean (let's help keep it that way).
The cache is small in size. It starts out with a lot of small "grow" dinosaurs for any child to enjoy. There is no need to dig to uncover this cache.
The trickiest part may be finding the parking. Parking is at the “end” of Bridge Street, when approached from Cranmore Shores Road. If you are following your GPS and it tells you to turn onto Bridge Street from Route 16, you will get very close to the parking location, but with no place to park and only a footbridge leading to the trail. So, you must first get onto Cranmore Shores Road, then onto Bridge Street. It might be useful to study a map...or even satellite image, to fathom this.
