Geocache Description:

Stopping to visit this little known Sweets Knoll State Park is a treat. There are gorgerous views of the Taunton River which is 37 miles long.  With planning, you can kyack or canoe the whole length of the river from Hatfield River in Bridgewater to the Quecachan River near Fall River Heritage Park. The Taunton River Watershed Association helps protect and educate folks about this body of water. www.Savetheaunton.org.

The cache is down a trail following the old Fall River Railroad Line. At the far end of the trail is an old Railroad tressel with a great view of  the marsh and the river.  NOTE: do not let young children run ahead. This tressel is not blocked off.

You may wish to step around the tree ... pull back on the silver to make it pop . There is so much wildlife in the park. You may see deer, fox, coyote, frogs, osprey, bald eagles and WEASEL. If you like to bird, bring your binoculars.

Please put the cover back on.
