Warbys Challenge Trail
The Every Day Of The Week D/T Challenge
The cache IS at the posted coords. However, you will need to read and meet the logging requirements set out below, to claim a find.
To qualify for this challenge you must find at least:
One cache of each Difficulty level (1.0 to 5.0) AND
One cache of each Terrain level (1.0 to 5.0)
On each of the 7 days of the week (Monday to Sunday).
Caches with the same Difficulty and Terrain rating (eg D1.5/T1.5) will count as a find for both the D and T on that weekday. All found caches (type, date, location) are eligible to qualify for this challenge.
The Rules
* You must sign the logbook of the cache container hidden at the posted coordinates AND meet the requirements of the challenge in order to log this as a find.
* You are welcome to find the cache before completing all of the requirements. If you do, please just sign the log and post a write note on the cache page. Then, after you have completed the challenge, you can come back and log it as a find.
* You can only claim a find after you have found and signed the log book.
* Logged finds that do not qualify will be deleted.

The Project-GC checker below will assist you in learning if you've qualified. Please attach the qualifying script to your log.
The Warby-Ovens National Park is characterised by three distinct vegetation communities - the granitic hills and woodlands of the Warby Range, the Box-Ironbark of the Killawarra Forest and the Redgum forest and wetlands of the unregulated Ovens Heritage River. Together they provide an important link from the alpine foothills to the Murray River protecting some of the State’s most significant bushland.
This series of challenge caches will lead you around a great loop on the Warby Range (approx. 5km) that takes you from Mount Warby down and around to the Alpine Views trail before returning to the high point. Hikers, runners, and mountain bike enthusiasts are the main users of the trails in the area so please keep a watch out for them. Best access to the loop is via the Friends Track, parking at Wenhams Camp and proceeding from there.
Orange direction arrows can be followed if you walk the loop in a clockwise direction from Mt Warby.
There are many trails throughout the Warbys, which take you through some very pleasant forest and provide excellent views across the North East at various locations. I encourage all who come here to spend a bit more time and explore beyond this series of geocaches. Winter and Spring are the absolute best times of the year to see the area looking its best.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Phytophthora cinnamomi, also known as cinnamon fungus, is a serious plant disease that destroys many native plants. It is present in the Warby Range section of the park. To help prevent the spread of the disease, avoid walking and driving in wet areas. Clean camping gear and boots (recommended cleaner: 1 part bleach, 3 part water) before leaving the site.
