The Batchelder Town Forest trails consist of 2 loop trails, the white trail, closest to the kiosk, one side of which skirts the Bumfagon Swamp, and the blue trail, which is further out and is more upland. These two loops are connected by a short single trail, the red connector trail, which features a bridge over the Bumfagon Brook. This cache is near an historic old Rangeway, which is described in one of the photos. It is about a mile hike from the trail parking, and is just a few steps off the trail, just before the trail turns left to follow the rangeway and loop back toward the parking lot again Congratulations to SBS_Seekers for FTF, and Big Read and Muggle Mark for STF honors.
