Geocache Description:

Single Hill Coastal Reserve (SHCR) is near Roches Beach. The reserve is named after the adjacent Single Hill, the top of which (Single Hill Bushland Reserve) has recently been opened to the public and is becoming well known for its impressive views (and geocaches?).

The posted coordinates are for the public car park of the Lauderdale Yacht Club. The Lauderdale to Seven Mile Beach Walking Track starts here and passes through the SHCR. This track has a gravel surface and is reasonably level and easy to walk (about one hour, one way). There are splendid coastal views that could be shared with friends, but this cache (located in the vicinity of  the track) should be tackled single handedly. The cache coordinates can be found in the accompanying graphic that shows a single hand in a variety of digital arrangements.
