This cache is one a series of Dragon Age Caches. Named for the Rocky Storm Coast where the Inquisitor first meets The Iron Bull. This cache is easier to get to than getting around on the Storm Coast so don't worry. No rock climbing required and no Red Templars around here.
The University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center is a dynamic research, testing and educational facility which serves as a technical resource for water managers, planners, and design engineers in New England and throughout the United States. It has been using during the coronavirus pandemic to help monitor covid cases in the wastewater from the campus and community. And it's got a neat plaque that explains how to subsurface gravel wetland works. It's a neat visit for any of you engineers out there!
This is an easy park and grab, but just be aware that UNH parking is strictly enforced and the tickets are steep. However, you should be able to get pretty dang close to this cache with your car. I think this should be easily accessible even for wheelchairs, might require a bit of a reach. Getting to the plaque mentioned above isn't readily wheelchair accessible although the cache should be.
This cache will be accessible in winter except during actual snow events.
