In rural Vermont and New Hampshire Ubers and car pooling are a bit more limited. Getting from one place to another can be somewhat of a challenge if you don't drive or have a long commute to work and want to save some money on the daily trips back and forth. In the old days one would ride a stagecoach, possibly a horse, or even a bicycle. In Southern Vermont an alternative was born. Toot toot!
