Barrett Mountain:
As my family and I were enjoying some of the beautiful scenery here in New Hampshire via hiking, we thought that we'd leave a few geocaches for our fellow cachers to find. This was one of those. Enjoy the trail as you explore. When you reach the large cairn of rocks near GZ, you will know that you are close.
Note that this cache is about a 2 mile hike from the North Midstate Trail Terminus Trailhead (see waypoint), and about 3.5 miles from the Binney Hill trailhead (see waypoint). Wear good shoes, a hiking stick if you'd like, and lots of drinking water.
As I learned as a boy scout, and also as a responsible outdoorsman, I challenge you as well to follow the principles of Leave No Trace:
1. Plan Ahead and Prepare
2. Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces
3. Dispose of Waste Properly
4. Leave What You Find
5. Minimize Campfire Impacts
6. Respect Wildlife
7. Be Considerate of Other Visitors
