This cache is a Christmas in July gift for geocachers - but you need to ask Gary to explain why!!! Some cachers come to the ART to get the "Dear Santa" (GC7TCX7) nearby, only to find out it isn't that easy! You can thank Gary, the "evil genius" for that one!
However, you can look for this cache anytime of the year! It's the consolation prize for those who think they'll get the other one in the winter, when the lake freezes over and they can walk to it! But if you're looking for this one in the warmer months you'll also be gifted with the smiley!
This trail gets very busy during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Stealth is required.
