This cache is the bonus final for the "Land-o-Lakes" Adventure Lab series. To obtain the coordinates, you must complete the adventure lab series, with each stage giving you partial coordinates towards the final. The adventure lab series is available using this link.
The final cache is located in Betty's Neck in Lakeville. The road going to Betty's Neck is a bit bumpy as a word of caution.
