You're looking for an ammo can in what isn't exactly a cave but a series of rock outcroppings on top of the North-Western ledge of Little Mountain, a small hill next to Mt. Tom. This area is accessible because of the newly created Mt. Tom North Trailhead Park, a small park on a hill with fascinating history and scientific facts displayed on kiosks along the path. Little Mountain has small footpaths all around it but the best approach might be from the North as it has the most gentle slope. The cache is easy to find, the only difficulty is the terrain.
My brother GeoSuketo and I have been eyeing this area for new cache possibilities since the park was in development years ago. He picked the spot, named the cache, and he and I placed it together. Enjoy!
