The Polar Express
Ormai ci siamo quasi, è iniziato il conto alla rovescia e tra una settimana sarà la vigilia di Natale.
Premesso che, credenti o no, non ci sarebbe Natale senza Natività, nessun altro periodo dell’anno è così carico di sentimento come quello che ci avvicina al 25 Dicembre: oltre ai solenni riti religiosi ve ne sono altri più “pagani” come la preparazione degli addobbi, l’impaziente attesa della festa da trascorrere con le persone che amiamo, lo scambio di regali, i pranzi e le cene in famiglia, il ritrovarsi tra amici, il donare felicità e “magia” ai piccoli, il tutto talvolta velato dal malinconico ricordo di quando noi eravamo piccoli e da quello di coloro che non ci sono più.
Questo periodo è però anche sinonimo di serate trascorse a vedere, o meglio a rivedere in TV, i film tipici delle feste natalizie, vecchi e nuovi classici: La vita è meravigliosa (1946), Il miracolo della 34^ strada (1947), Sette spose per sette fratelli (1954), Un Natale da Charlie Brown (1965), Il piccolo Lord (1980), Una poltrona per due (1983), Mamma ho perso l’aereo (1990), Festa in casa Muppet (1992), The Family Man (2000), Il diario di Bridget Jones (2001), Serendipity (2001), A Christmas Carol (2009), solo per citarne alcuni... e chi più ne ha più ne metta!
Ci fanno ridere e ci commuovono, di sicuro ci emozionano perché sono quel genere di storie che mescolano l’autenticità della vita con la magia dell’immaginazione spalancando in noi la porta del Cuore e anche no perché, qualunque sia il genere preferito, ciascuno di noi ha comunque e giustamente in testa la propria compilation preferita.

Per la soluzione di questa Mistery la missione da compiere è, ma guarda un po’, guardare il film “The Polar Express” del 2004 e raccoglierne lungo lo svolgimento i seguenti indizi:

Nella prima scena all’inizio del film, il bambino protagonista si sveglia e guarda la sveglia sul comodino; Che ore sono in formato AM/PM? Quattro numeri, una sola cifra = X

The Polar Express
We're almost there now, the countdown has begun and in a week it will be Christmas Eve.
Given that, believers or not, , there would be no Christmas without the Nativity, no other period of the year is as full of feeling as the one that bring us closer to December 25th: in addition to the solemn religiuos rites there are other more "pagan" ones such as the preparation of decorations, the impatient anticipation of the party to be spent with the peolple we love, give each other gifts, family lunches and dinners, meeting up with friends, giving happiness and enchantment to the children, sometime all veiled by the melancholy memory of when we were young and of our beloved ones who are no longer with us.
However, this period is also synonymous with evenings spent watching, or rather rewatching on TV, the typical movies of the Christmas holidays, old and new classics: It's a Wonderful Life (1946), The Miracle on 34th Street (1947), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954), A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965), Little Lord Fauntleroy (1980), Trading Paces (1983), Home Alone (1990), The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992), The Family Man (2000), Bridget Jones's Diary (2001), Serendipity (2001), A Christmas Carol (2009), just to name a few... and so on and so forth!
They make us laugh and move us, they certainly excite us because they are the kind of stories that mix the authenticity of life with the magic of the immagination and open the door to the Heart in us, but even not because, whatever the preferred genre, each of us still and rightly has their favorite compilation in mind.

For the solution of this Mistery the mission to accomplish is, lo and behold, to watch the 2004 movie "The Polar Express" and collect the following clues along the way:

In the first scene at the beginning of the movie, the child protagonist wakes up and looks at the alarm clock on the bedside table; What time is it in AM/PM format? Four numbers, one digit = X
