In the Summer of 2022 the Williston Northampton School, in conjunction with the City of Easthampton and the Friends of the Manhan Rail Trail, erected several new light poles along the bike path between Lossone Rink and Rubber Thread Pond. These bright LED fixtures illuminate the bike path in the evening, during the night and into the early morning, providing a safe walkway from one part of town to another.
As soon as I found out these poles were being installed I knew what I had to do!
