This location is a McDonald's Production center, the
location/studio where they shoot all their commercials as well as
scenes from movies that have scenes at a Mcdonalds. There are two
different buildings at the location that can look like different
style restaurants. The production center is private property, do
not go on it. I chose this spot because it is an interesting
building complex in the middle of an industrial area. It is a fully
functional Mcdonald's that is never open for customers. Thanks to
J. Harvey for letting me know of this unique building in the City
of Industry. I recently spoke to a FOOD STYLIST that was making a
commercial there. Her job is to make the food look exactly right
for the commercials. She said that the buildings are here because
they make the Mcdonalds buns, beef patties, ketchup and sauces in
this city as well as processing lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. They
needed a site to make the commercials near to where the other items
are made/stored.
