The first bridge between Brattleboro, Vermont and Hinsdale, New Hampshire was constructed in 1804. the current bridges were made from steel in the 1920s.
Soon a new bridge will cross the connecticut just south of this bridge. And the old bridge will be soley for for bicycles and pedestrians.
The cache is a magnetized pill bottle covered in camo tape.
It includes a decorated rock by the Brattleboro artist Dr. Stuart Copans.
