MainePublisher: All geocache placements must have a responsive owner. The cache owner must be able to respond to issues that come up and to submit an "owner maintenance" log to remove the "needs maintenance" icon.

In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

Here at the skatepark a thrilling yet chilling mystery unfolded. Local skateboarders stumbled upon a series of geocaches, each containing clues that lead them deeper into the town's secrets. As they uncover hidden caches, they slowly realize that the clues are connected to a string of unsolved murders.

With each discovery, the tension grows, and suspicion falls on a skilled and reclusive skateboarder who was once an integral part of the tight-knit skateboarding community. As the skaters dig deeper, they begin to unravel the dark past of this enigmatic figure. Is he a murderer? Or is he an innocent loner caught in a web of circumstantial evidence?

As friendships are tested and loyalties are strained, the skateboarders must race against time to solve the puzzle and uncover the truth before they become the next victims.
