This cache is located just off of the bike trail in the South
Shores Park area. It is very close to an area used by a radio
controlled airplane club, hence the name, "Radio Flyers". You might
want to take a walk over to the flying area and take a look at some
of the planes. It's amazing how detailed some of those models are.
Due to its proximity to Sea World and other tourist attractions,
a lot of folks from out-of-state and town have visited this cache.
Good place to drop off or pick up a T.B.
PLEASE be careful when retrieving this cache, as it could be in
the public's eye.
I would also suggest that you Do Not Park in the stalls marked
for vehicles with trailers! There is plenty of free vehicle parking
in the lot and you run the risk of being cited if you violate the
signs.
The begining of the paved trail is located at, N32 45.715, W117
13.023. After locating this cache continue on to Fiesta Island,
where other geocachers have hidden treasures!
On 01-14-03 I was advised that the "Radio
Flyer Streak-O-Lite" travel bug from North Carolina has
targeted my cache as its final destination. If this bug is
recovered from this cache, please contact either me, or the bug
owner.
You are looking for a painted Tupperware container. Please take
care to conceal the cache when you replace it.
Enjoy!
