This is a decent location for a Travel But Hotel because it is close to a major intersection of Routes 25 and 16. Also, the access road into the launch is kept plowed and wide. BUT you will need to take a short walk into the woods, possibly in deep snow. In the summer the only issue may be muggles as this boat launch is major access to Ossipee Lake.
The cache itself is winter friendly (but wear your high boots!)
