A simple little cache with a view.
Located in Kimba, SA.
According to the local signs, it is Halfway across Australia
!
I gather from East to West ?
Cache is wearing Camo to blend into the surroundings.

Driving back from Perth, we had just spent NYE at Ceduna (that was fun  )and arrived here at Kimba being ever so grateful that it WASN’T the middle of the journey for us – Adelaide was only a stone’s throw away .
We had passed up the Kimba caches that were not on the highway on our way over and stopped to get these others on our way home.
It was great to start off a new caching year not far off the 7th anniversary of this older cache. Great to see it still alive, although the lid no longer seals. I’m afraid I didn’t have a suitable replacement with me, but the next finder may wish to bring along something around the 500ml capacity to replace it with.

Have passed Kimba in a rush and never taken the time to check the lookout. Different today, with my 78yo mother in tow no less. Her first cache. Thanks Team Piggy.

Found by Moneybox at 10.19am after a good search in all the area. Container lid is not latching so water could get in but the contents are dry at the moment. We covered it really well to allow for the possibility of future rain in the driest state of this great country. What am I sayng? We have been travelling SA for over a week and not had a sunny or dry day yet! Bring on WA!!
