Enjoy the drive (or walk) up the slope and take time to explore the disused colonial buildings in this area. They were used as military administrative buildings and were constructed in the 1930s.
Block 49 was converted into a resort for a time, but it is abandoned now.
Follow the "wheels" until first vertical structure. Watch your steps!
