Historické domy na Palackého ulici
Táto labka vás zavedie k piatim výnimočným budovám v historickom centre mesta Trenčín, ktoré reprezentujú rozličné architektonické štýly a obdobia. Každý z týchto domov má svoj jedinečný príbeh, spojený s históriou mesta alebo inštitúciami, ktoré v nich sídlia.
Začneme pri Ringwaldovom dome, ktorý napriek svojmu mladému veku zaujal odborníkov svojou novobarokovou formou. Pokračovať budeme k Petrovičovmu domu s jeho elegantným novorenesančným výzorom. Následne navštívime impozantný Maršovského palác, kde dnes sídli známa galéria, a ktorý pripomína éru konca 19. storočia. V druhej polovici prechádzky sa zameriame na dvojicu meštianskych domov – č. 119/1 a 118/2 – ktoré dotvárajú historický kolorit centra a sú dnes využívané na kultúrne aj komerčné účely. Historic Houses on Palackého Street
This walk will take you to five interesting buildings in the historic center of Trenčín, representing different architectural styles and periods. Each of these houses has its own unique story, connected with the history of the city or the institutions that are located in them.
We will start at the Ringwald House, which, despite its young age, has impressed experts with its neo-Baroque form. We will continue to the Petrovič House with its elegant neo-Renaissance appearance. Then we will visit the impressive Maršovský Palace, which today houses a famous gallery, and which recalls the era of the late 19th century. In the second half of the walk, we will focus on a pair of burgher houses – no. 119/1 and 118/2 – which complete the historical color of the center and are today used for cultural and commercial purposes.
