cweeks: Well, it was a good seven years! Geocaching is no long allowed in the state reserve and while the cache itself has evolved significantly over time, it may now have been collected by the rangers. Thanks to everyone who searched for it. Point Lobos is amazing.

This treasure cache is a small OD ammo box w/ yellow printing. (Depending on how you access this location, there is a $4 fee to get close.)

Take time to look around this beautiful park and watch out for poison oak.

I tested my first way point reading and it turned out to be way off. So, I took a few around the cache and averaged them. I hope it's close enough to find it. The route from the 3-way intersection isn't the only way in, so have fun with how you arrive and be as gentle on the flora as possible. This isn't a great place for a bike...they're not allowed on the paths.
