This cache is hidden in one of my new favorite spots - along Daniels Creek in the Coldwater Creek Natural Area in northern King County. Daniels Creek flows south from Crystal Lake just north of the county line, past this spot, and then east and south into Cottage Lake. Daniels Creek is very small but very nice, and makes a pleasant gurgling at the cache site. This area is part of the Waterways 2000 land acquisition by King County - lots of good habitat here.
When you find the cache, you'll understand why I felt compelled to put a cache here. If you park in the right spot, you'll also understand the cache name.
