A cache as classic as the song for which it was named!
This was my first hidden cache, and it's right next to where I had
my first paying job. My big brother, Big Green, was my
co-mastermind. We originally warned seekers to watch for the
typhoon, but the typhoon seems to have passed. Watching for muggles
(and muggles-with-badges) is still a must!
You'll have a number of options for parking, but if you're not
planning to spend the day, try to find a meter instead of a parking
lot. Cotton candy, corn-dogs, and caching...sounds like a good day
at the beach, doesn't it?
The cache is the size of an Altoids tin, with the usual log
sheet and goodies. Please be careful when re-hiding it so that it
doesn't fall out of its hiding place.

The recent storm left the cache untouched, woohoo. Got to see a GORGEOUS sunset while we were looking! Wow! Also got to go home with a big dragon from the Top Glo game. Awesome visit, thank you!

took a short detour to find this cache while playing with the family on the boardwalk and the beach all day. it took us a few minutes to locate it for some odd reason. there was a large sand football game going on nearby. luckily, they were too involved in their game to bother with us. we just missed it at first, and kept widening our search area, until i came back and found it close to our starting point. somewhere along the way, i stood up quickly and smacked my head into a concrete boardwalk beam. almost knocked myself out. ouch. had a good headache later... TFTC. great location.
