When we first hid this, the hillside overlooking the cache was home to several llamas. They've since moved on to new pastures, but when the branches are bare during the winter you may see a fun llama painting perched on the hill.
60 Acres park used to be a large undeveloped meadow, full of wildlife and huge blackberry bushes. In 2009, the park was closed for construction, and now it is a paved parking lot on one end with soccer fields on the other. It is landscaped very nicely, and the location of this cache was left unscathed. Unless there is a soccer tournament going on, there is plenty of parking to be had.
The difficulty of the cache varies from season to season: during summer months the grass is thick and about 5 feet tall. In the winter, the grass is all packed down or entirely gone. Because of this, the cache tends to be rehidden in new tough-to-find spots. The cache is almost always within a few feet of the hint, and you should be able to find it if you're patient enough. A long poking stick might help, too!
