This is a two-stage Multi-cache located in the Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge.
The second stage is less than a half mile from the first stage, but as the
name of this cache suggests, the route you must take is considerably longer. You can ride a bike most of the way, but you'll probably have to walk the
last part. A boat might be helpful, unless you're there at low tide.
I suggest doing this cache in the morning hours. It can get quite breezy in the late afternoon.
Suggested parking for Licau can be found in the first stage of Seeq Technologies. Yes, that's a hint.
If you've done the Seeq cache already, you may prefer to park at N37 28.82 W121 56.9.
Hints
Because I have observed rampant abuse of the
'Decrypt Hints' link, I have created a unique code for encrypting my hints. If you choose to cheat on my caches,
you will have to work for it. First you must decrypt the
following text to determine the code. This code will be used on all my caches, so once you have your decoder ring, keep it in a safe place.

Following are some hints for the various stages. Decode them only if you are having difficulty.
