Geocache Description:

Park at a bridge just past Adams Mountain Subdivision at Falls Lake and Six Forks Rd. N35.57.440 W078.38.624. There is a trail part of the way. Then it may be a mixture of trails and bush wacking.

The name of this cache comes from a map of Wake County circa 1887. A very large beech tree is at the site with several etchings of love of carved into the bark. There is also a rock cliff nearby.
Cache contains logbook, baseball bat pens, tape measure, dominos, and some toy cars.

** Beware Crossing Lower Barton's Creek. Rocks are slippery!! **
