A well hidden, drive up, SIGN ONLY micro cache in a beautiful location along the Merced River.
Cache is located adjacent to a state highway with a handy turnout. You can also receive a brief geology lesson on the Sierra Nevada mountain range while here, a perfect cache hunt with education. If you look north from the cache location, and with some imagination, you will see the largest bear of the Yosemite area walking on the side of the mountain. Be EXTRA careful if children are with you, the road can be very busy at times!
Two micro cache sheets and a small pencil are located in the cache.
I placed a gold Smokey Bear pin in the cache for the first to find.
