Geocaching groups all over the country will be participating in similar events. We will be joined by the staff of Groundspeak who have flown the Cache In/Trash Out banner from the earliest days of the sport!
Groundspeak and Magellan have teamed up and make fantastic t-shirts available for the event! They will be available on the date for $3 (yes, that's THREE dollars!!). The images below appear on the front (left) and back (right). Very cool!
WSGA will be providing a light morning snack, bottled water, and soft drinks. We will also be providing CITO branded trash bags.
While there are no formal plans for a picnic, many have indicated that they'll be bringing lunch to enjoy afterwards! Also, there are quite a few caches in the area that don't get many visits and I'm sure many of us will be setting out to find them after lunch.
Don't miss this event!! Good fun, good friends, and community service for good measure! Post a note if you're planning on attending so we'll know how many snacks are required.
