Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the posted coordinates.

The cache, a cammo’d peanut butter jar, is hidden outside the library. To determine the coordinates of the cache you must get information inside and outside of the Dublin Libary. Plan your visit to the Dublin Library during these business hours: Monday and Tuesday: 12 to 8 PM Wednesday: 10 to 8 PM Thursday: 10 to 6 PM Friday - Closed Saturday: 10 to 5 PM Sunday: 1 to 5 PM After getting the needed information, take a look around this beautiful library. Your kids will enjoy the terrific children’s section. The new library also features forty public internet stations and several unique art works. To find the cache latitude: N 37* 42. ABC A = the first digit in the date on the dedication plaque just outside the entrance. B = the number of horses in the small sculpture on the top of a cabinet in the Quiet Study Room. C = the number of letters in the title of the book by Robert Ellison which sits on top of the decorative pillar on the right side just outside the front door. To find the longitude: W 121* 55.DEF D = the number of white circles on the tile floor, minus one, in the entrance area leading to the Library Program Room. E will be found in the black & white Dublin historical photos displayed on the wall around the corner from the checkout area. E = the number of horses plus 4 in picture PH-118 showing the old Dougherty Hotel F = the number of restrooms in the library pictured on the directory map of the building located near the checkout counter.
