This is not a private road, or private property as long as you do not go west of the yellow gate. Please stay off of the plowed area. There is one deep rut in the road, you may need to walk from here, trucks should have no problem. (Not too far of a walk) I have driven my work car up to it. (a ford tempo), There is a turn around on the east side of the gate at the end of the road. PS best time for the view/sunset/city lights is dusk. May want to bring binoculars, deer, elk and other critters frequent this area.
