In response to the multiple "no-finds" I have to say that this may not be a cache for "newbies" to attempt. This cache was hidden carefully and will take one or a combination of the following: time, patience, good geosense, or luck. Good geosense comes after multiple caches or good breeding. It is there... somewhere.
-P.S.The name refers in part to one's elation at finally finding this.
