Multi-cachen foregår på Knudshoved Odde som strækker sig fra
Sydsjælland langt ud i Smålandsfarvandet. Man skal gå ca. 20 km.
Knudshoved Odde er dannet i istiden og er i virkeligheden en ås
med vand omkring. Der er et rigt dyreliv og stærkt vekslende
vegetation. Indtil for få år siden levede der bisonokser på et af
de yderste stykker. Vi har forsøgt at råde bod på de manglende
okser ved at vedlægge et fotografi af en af okserne i hovedcachen.
Der er talrige bademuligheder på hele ruten.
Ikke langt fra trin 1 står en planche med et kort over alle
halvøens stier og seværdigheder. Brug den til at planlægge turen.
Den nemmeste vej ud og hjem er langs den gennemgående sti, men man
bør ulejlige sig ud på et af de små næs undervejs og spise sin
medbragte mad.

Man kan parkere sin bil her for 15 kr. Koordinaterne peger på en
tavle ved en dysse.

Ved Trin 2 står en sten med to bogstaver og et tal på. Tallet
kalder vi CDFG.

Hovedcachen ligger ved trin 3.
This multi-cache takes place on Knudshoved Odde (Knud = Canute, an
ancient Danish king), a long and narrow peninsula off the South of
Zealand. The cache includes a 20 km hike.
Knudshoved Odde was formed in the Ice Age. It demonstrates rich
wildlife and vegetation. Until recently, bisons lived in one of the
farthest parts. We have tried to make up for the lack of bison by
enclosing a photograpy of one of the bisons in the main cache.
There is plenty of bathing opportunities along the path.
An information board not far from step 1 describes all paths and
attractions of the peninsula. You may plan your route according to
the board. The easiest way out and back is along the main path, but
you should go to one of the points underway and have your
lunch.

Parking is available here at 15 kr. The coordinates point
towards a small info board close to a dolmen.
