Suggested parking is at N50*51.071 W1*43.698 from where it is less than 0.5 mile walk to the cache. That is if you take the correct footpath!
The original cache went missing so we have converted this to a virtual cache. To claim it all you have to do is go to the location and look for the words 'Ziegler Passage' and then mail Mr Hedgehog with the contents on the two lines below those words.
There is a small stream nearby so be careful with the little ones. You do not, however, have to get your feet wet to get to the cache.
This cache is named after the Ziegler family, which is the name of an important family in the area. Indeed a William Ziegler is currently chairman of the New Forest Association. Grandfather Ziegler was an explorer and this area is named after him.
