It's certainly a challenge to find a park around here that does not already contain a cache, but I finally managed it. I used to walk to this park with my nursery school, so I'd say it's been here a while.
The cache container is one that I got at Marky & Joani's pizza event, and it has been covered in camo tape. It's on the small side, but definitely not a micro. You can fit various smaller type trade items in it, and possibly small travel bugs.
The initial items include various small toys and gadgets, as well as a log book and pencil. Many of the trade items are kid-oriented since this park has lots of those short types around.
When I was getting coordinates, I managed to get under 15 feet accuracy after several measurements, so I believe the coordinates should be spot on. The cache may not be reachable by kids except with a little help.
I'm not going to put any hints here unless they seem to be needed. Just look in the obvious places.
Bonus: After you've been to the park, put in your log what you think the significance of the cache title is.
