Geocache Description:

The coordinates at the top of this page are not the actual coordinates of the cache! You must determine the actual coordinates by reading the story below and solving the puzzle contained in it. Note: not even the degrees and minutes listed above are guaranteed to be correct. However, the actual cache location is within a 2.5 mile radius of the given coordinates.

It was 1 in the morning in the Intelligence Office of the Nato Headquarters. One of the officers on duty, Sgt. Babel, just had picked up some communication from an apartment in the nearby city. The house had years ago been occupied by an international terrorist only known under the name Wallon. Following a tip they had picked up in Paris last month that this dangerous individual could become active again, they had decided to install some microphones in the apartment. As instructed, Sgt. Babel immediately called his superior, Lt. Fish.

Babel: "Sir, we may have something from the Wallon apartment here."

Fish: "It better be good sergeant. The wife is asleep, and I just started to read a Tintin comic.";

Babel: "We picked up a conversation from the apartment. We think it was Wallon. He was on a cell phone. First we heard him talk in English. He said:

"Good afternoon guys, it's me. I have the instructions for the location. Ready?"

Then he continued with a series of words. I don't know what language he was talking, so I've made a note of the words he said, but wrote them down phonetically. At the end Wallon added:

"Got it? You know what you have to do now. Drop off the dirty bomb at that location and you're done."

That’s it Sir. He hung up and left the house. That's all we have."

Fish: "What? Phonetic? I know many languages, but don't know that one. I'll have to look up how that works. OK, can you fax me your notes? I'll try to translate that thing and call you back later."

Babel: "OK, I'll put it on the fax."

Here is the transcript portion of Babel's fax (full fax uploaded below):

Half an hour later, Fish called back Babel, and instructed him to alert the US Army to intervene and check out the location.
