Geocache Description:

An easy climb up one of the hills near Slaon Canyon. Nice views of nearby hills.

This geocache is dedicated to Mable Zahn who told me the fairy tale "Master of All Masters" more than 50 years ago. Although High Topper Mountain us really a house the name stuck with me. This is an easy hill in the Sloan Canyon region, but what do you want from me for an early morning walk from my house on the first day of summer. Near by mountain views are worthwile, the petroglyphs are fantastic.

On the way in I saw a western ground snake wrapped up in his work, rather wrapped around her breakfast of collared lizzard. She was occupied and did not seem to sense my presence.

Here is the story that inspired my name for this hill. "Master of All Masters, get out of your barnacle and put on your squibs and crackers for White Faced Siminy has a spark of hot cock-a-lorum on her tail and if you don't get out of your barnacle and put some pond-a-lorum on it all of High Topper Mountain will be on hot cock-alorum!"
