In keeping with tradition - find a cache, place a cache, on Mines road - we found this neat, but busy, spot that was able to accommmodate a magnetic micro-cache.
Mines is a very windy road, perfect for a fun Bay Area adventure using your sports car, motorcycle, or bike. Start out from Del Valle and if you stay on the road, you can go over Mount Hamilton and down into San Jose! Not to mention that you'll pass by several great caches on the way.
By the way, there are now at least 6 caches along this very stretch of road down to the junction.
