Geocache Description:

A pleasant walk through the bush, starting at Johnsonville Park at the end of Truscott Avenue. The site was chosen for us by our 78 year old Mum who came in with us to hide the cache. The circular track is well worth completing and if you go at night look out for the glow-worms. Note:2014 - Mum is now over 90 and finds this track too rough for her to walk anymore so thanks to those who are helping her out by keeping an eye on it for us.

The cache is a 200ml camo-painted snaplock container.
This cache was the starting point for our Travel Bug: Personal Dancing Man

Once you start on the track GPS coverage is almost completely nil so we will give fairly detailed instructions.

Park at S41 13.692 E174 47.504. The cache is 225m due South from here. Enter the Circular Track at S41 13.717 E174 47.494 (40m due South of carpark).

Walk along the Circular Track from this point. Cross 3 bridges and go past the large fallen log over the stream on the left of the track. Continue along the track and stop when you can see 2 sets of 13 steps (there are other sets of steps above these ones). Go underneath the large branch/tree trunk that juts out over the track above your head and then cross the stream almost immediately. The cache is well hidden in the root system of a large tree beside the stream, on the side away from the track.
