This is my second as-far-as-possibel cache. Dette er min anden cache placeret langt fra alfar vej
You have to be prepered a 10+ km hike in total, seeing many differents types of danish nature including wild and farmed animals. Otherwice you can boot to the cache from the nearby harbour.
You are not allowed to drive by car beyond N55°40.847 E011°59.909. (if you drive through Herslev you should wave/nod to the elder lady sitting on a bench). Walking your way through the landscape you will see different tree sorts, and maybe pass a coloni of cormorants. You will eventually end on a "shoremeadow", where you must be aware of bull´s, see picture of sign you will meet at the hike´s beginning. The cache is located so it can be reached dryfooted, but bring with you rubber boots ;-)
Denne cache kræver at du har tid til de over 10 km tur/retur og de mange vekslende naturoplevelser på Bognæs. Cachen kan også nåes vha båd fra den nærliggende havn. Hvis du tager landvejen bør du hilse på den ældre kone, der sidder i Herslev. Bilen kan du ikke tage forbi N55°40.847 E011°59.909
På din vej udtil cachen vil du møde forskellige landskabs -og dyrkningskulturer, forskellige vilde og holdte dyrearter men ihvertfald en larmende Skarv-koloni. Du vil under alle omstændigheder komme ud på strandengen, hvor du skal passe på løsgående tyrer, se foto af advarselsskilt. Cachen er placeret så den kan nåes tørskoet, men du vil måske alligevel være glad for dine medbragte gummistøvler.
